Dues rebates are payable annually (but must be requested) to all members who are paid at or below a GS 5 step10 rate. A GS 7 step one qualifies. Part time employment which reduces pay to these amounts does not qualify.
Complete the Rebate Request form, send it and a sanitized copy of a recent Leave and Earnings Statement, showing your grade and hourly pay to the treasurer. Send it within 30 days of your anniversary date. If you don't know your anniversary date the treasurer can tell you what it is.
